Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your SpookyScribble. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement.

To start a return, contact us at samjdinan@icloud.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or damage. Once approved, refunds are processed directly — you will not need to ship the item back to us.

Non-returnable situations

Because this product is designed to be colored and used, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or general dissatisfaction once an order has shipped. We encourage checking the size and product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at samjdinan@icloud.com.
